"Plants were smaller than I expected"
i mean, the plants did show up alive, so I’ll give them that. I ordered a few from directgardening.com and the packaging was decent, nothing was broken or smashed. But they were definitely smaller than I expected based on the pictures, especially for the price. I know plants need time to grow, but I was still hoping for a little more. Overall, not a bad experience, just average for me.

"Refund took way too long"
I ordered this expecting a replacement, but it never actually showed up. And then the whole refund process dragged on way longer than it should have, which was frustrating. I kept waiting for updates, but nothing really happened for a while. Just not a great experience overall.

"Helpful when my plants started looking iffy"
After I planted my tomatoes and peppers, I started seeing spots on some leaves and a few little bugs hanging around. My gut said it wasn’t something I should just ignore, so I reached out to Direct Gardening to see what they thought.

They replied quickly and kept the advice simple, which I appreciated. They told me what to trim off and what to spray, and it didn’t feel overly complicated or like they were trying to make a big deal out of it.
A few leaves were too far gone, but most of the plants perked back up and kept growing. For what I paid, I feel good about the experience, and I’d probably order from them again

"Selection looked bigger than it actually was"
I was hoping to order a few plants, but once I started clicking around, a lot of them were sold out or not available. At first the selection seemed decent, but it got limited fast. What made it more annoying was that it wasn’t really clear what I was supposed to do next, wait for restocks, sign up for updates, or just keep checking back. I ended up not buying much because it felt like too much hassle

I ordered a handful of perennials and a few berry plants from directgardening.com this spring. When they showed up, I’ll be honest, they looked kind of rough and a little dried out, and I wasn’t totally sure how it was going to go.

I got them in the ground quickly and kept watering them, and somehow almost everything pulled through. Now most of them have new leaves coming in, and the berry plants especially are looking way better than I expected.
It did take some waiting and trusting the process, but I’m really happy with how they turned out. For the price, I feel great about it and would probably order from them again.

I was really happy with these plants when they arrived. Based on my experience, the listing was accurate—the size and color were right on, and everything looked pretty much exactly like I expected. No odd surprises, which I always appreciate when ordering plants online.

"My order came exactly right"
I ordered a mix of seeds and a couple of small plants, and everything showed up just like I picked it. Nothing was missing, there were no random substitutions, and the labels matched what was on my receipt.

Shipping took about as long as I figured it would, I was mostly just relieved I didn’t have to email anyone to sort out a mistake. It was a simple order, but it was correct and easy, so I’m happy with it.

"Pretty easy to order, just a little confusing"
Ordering was simple and checkout went through without any issues. I did have to click around a bit before I found the shipping info, which was kinda annoying, but overall it went smooth. I'd probly use the site again

I ordered a few plants, kind of on a whim and the prices were actually really fair. Everything showed up in decent shape too, which I was happy about because you never totally know with plants being shipped. Anyway, for what I paid, I feel like I got a good value and I’d probably order again.

"Plants showed up beat up"
I was really looking forward to getting these plants, but I can't say I wasn't disappointed when I opened the box. A couple of them were wilted, one had some broken stems, and there was soil spilled everywhere inside. I went ahead and planted them anyway, but I'm not too sure they're going to pull through. Shipping didn't take forever or anything, I just wish they had arrived in better shape
